Returns

Deming Leather Co. accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased online within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in resellable condition. Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Products that have been used but remain in like-new condition may be eligible for an exchange.

When an exchanged item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be provided as store credit.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and the return portion of exchanges, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Monogrammed and Consumable Items

Monogrammed and personalized items, as well as leather balms, and other consumable products, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Lifetime Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or hardware failure, please contact us at demingleather@gmail.com Include a brief description of the issue and photos of the product and the affected area.

We may request additional information or ask that the product be returned for inspection.

If we determine that the issue resulted from a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will make a reasonable effort to repair the product at no cost to you. If a repair is not possible, we may provide a replacement product or store credit.

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or damage resulting from use outside the product's intended purpose.

Repeated Returns

We offer returns and exchanges because we understand that purchasing items online especially personal items such as leather goods can sometimes be difficult.

We reserve the right to review patterns of excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return activity. Where permitted by applicable law, repeated or abusive use of our return policy may result in the rejection of a return or exchange, restrictions on future purchases, or other appropriate action
